Harika Celtikcilioglu currently teaches science research as the Science Research Coordinator at High School for Health Professions and Human Services. She has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from University of Rochester. After working as a chemical engineer in pharmaceuticals and product manager in chemicals industry, she decided to change careers and received her teaching certificate in General Science -Chemistry from CUNY Queens College. She also completed her MSc in Science Education there with The Outstanding Student Achievement Award and Graduate Honors in Secondary Education. She taught Science Research as an adjunct with the University at Albany and Forensic Science with Syracuse University. She attended the NSTA national conference as a member of NASA IDEA team. She is a member of NSTA, Kappa Delta Pi and Golden Key. She truly appreciates the contribution of CUNY GK-12 to Science Research Program at her school.
